What is the difference between C, C+E and C1, C1+E?
Cat C is a different form and Category C1 licence is a type of driving licence which generally allows you to operate vehicles that usually weigh between 3,500 and 7,500 kg with additionally a trailer that is usually weighing up to 750 kg MAM which is totally different from the Class C licence. The Category C1+E licence is another type of driving licence that allows you to operate Category C1 cars pulling trailers weighing more than 750 kg and the training is also a bit different from HGV C+E training or HGV CE. There can be no more than 12,000 kg total weight.
