What are 4 E's to prevent accidents?

Driving requires a lot of options and includes a lot of risks with it. People should follow the 4 E's that are generally known as Education, Engineering, Enforcement, Emergency Care. 

These four factors play a very important role in terms of driving as these factors show that if you are educated, that means you know the deeper concepts related to driving. followed by engineering that is you know the in and out of the vehicle you are driving and then is the enforcement and the emergency care.
